Virtual Consultation Policy
Welcome to The Vibe Coordinator!
To respect your time and ensure a highly productive session, we ask all clients to review and adhere to our virtual consultation guidelines.
Pre-Meeting Info: Please complete your pre-consultation questionnaire at least 24 hours before your session so your provider can fully prepare.
Accessing the Meeting: You will receive an automated calendar invite containing your unique Google Meet link. Please verify the meeting time against your local time zone.
10-Minute Grace Window: Please log in on time. If you arrive late but within the 10-minute window, your meeting will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation.
24-Hour Notice: Please submit any cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance using your booking link.
Booking Limits: While initial consultations are entirely free, late cancellations and no-shows limit our ability to assist other clients. Missing two or more sessions may result in losing the ability to book future complimentary consultations.
Strict End Times: To respect subsequent appointments, all consultations have a firm "hard stop." Your provider will give a 5-minute warning to wrap up and outline your next steps. You will receive an email summary within 24 hours.
